UNCRC Article 31: Every child has the right to rest and leisure, to engage in play and recreational activities and to participate freely in cultural life and the arts.
Class 1 have enjoyed 2 weeks of learning focused around the Queen, her life and the city of London. We have learned the national anthem, looked at landmarks in London, made flags, crowns and jubilee decorations for the front of the school and dug into her history over the last 70 years she has reigned.
To celebrate the finale of our learning at home and in school we invited our parents in for a jubilee picnic – it was so much fun! 🇬🇧
