Pupil Premium 2013 to 2014

In the 2013/2014 academic year, Nettlesworth Primary School received £29,700 in Pupil Premium funding.
This is being used as follows:

  • To provide additional one-to-one tuition for targeted pupils.
  • To provide support for parents to enable them to support learning at home. E.g. reading, writing, maths.
  • To provide out of school support for families via a school based Parent Support Advisor.
  • To offer additional in school support in the form of Breakfast club and after school clubs with targeted children.

These were strategies which had a positive impact in the previous year and are to be continued in order to further embed progress towards the narrowing of gaps in attainment.

We assure parents that all matters regarding the use of Pupil Premium funds are treated with discretion and in confidence.

Below you will find our Pupil Premium Plan for 2013-14. This document shows the key areas which we were concentrating on and provides a review of the impact of Pupil Premium spending
