Governor – Ms Papi Taieb

I am one of the parent governors and I have two children at our lovely school.

I am also a member on the board of our school charity: Nettlesworth School Community Group.

I trained as a psychologist and currently specialise in treatment for Adult and Young People Mental Health Problems.

I am committed to give our children the best start in their experience with the education system, as well as to offer them extra curriculum opportunities.

As well as attending regular Governing Body Meetings, my current roles within the Governing body are:

Headteacher Performance/Pay Review Management Committee   which has responsibility for overseeing the performance of the Head Teacher and class teachers on an annual basis.  This includes working with a local authority representative to set annual targets and review progress towards these targets.
