UNCRC Article 31 – leisure, play and artistic culture

Good morning all from the Robinwood Residential Centre…

We’ve all had an excellent night’s sleep after a fabulous day yesterday with activities lasting until 8:45pm!
We ventured into the piranha pool; tackled the crate-stack; conquered the trapeze as well as the zip-line – just a few challenges we successfully completed yesterday afternoon.

We have another amazing morning planned before dinner, the off to the coach and back to school by around 3:30pm ish!
See you all soon👍

UNCRC Article 31 – leisure, play and artistic culture

Hello everyone from the Robinwood Residential Centre…

We’ve had another fabulous session with 2 activities for both groups this morning.

We’ve tackled the night line and Quest, as well as surviving canoeing and raft building.

Praim…

I,ve enjoyed the teamwork in the knight’s quest, trying to work together to solve problems to succeed.

Charley D…

I’ve enjoyed the knight’s quest…it was quite fun and we had to work together as a team.

Millie…

I’ve really enjoyed the raft building, especially attaching the floats to the raft and using it to race against the boys…they won though!!!

Amelia…

I’ve really enjoyed raft building even though I managed to sink with my teammates because I pushed too hard and flipped the raft!!!

We’re about to have lunch and can’t wait for this afternoon 👍

Greetings from our favourite residential – Robinwood…

We all arrived safely and settled into our activities ranging from caving to rafting; zip lines to night lines.

It’s fabulous to see all the children excelling out of the classroom environment…each of them challenging to achieve personal targets.

We’re all currently competing in Team Challenges, trying to beat the teachers!!!

Dylan…

Ive really enjoyed the raft building and the caving experience

Grace…

I’ve really enjoyed the zip line and I managed to jump off really quickly

Lucas…

I have enjoyed watching Mrs Hindmarch getting stuck on the climbing wall, and the Piranha Pool was class.

Well done everyone and rights respecting gold demonstrated by all our wonderful children again.

Speak to you all tomorrow 👍
