Class 1 End of Term Castles Celebration

Class 1 have had so much fun today celebrating their final topic of the academic year. We baked biscuits and decorated them, made bracelets, had a wonderful medieval banquet and made wonderful crowns. The children wore party / castles clothes and had a fantastic celebration 🙂

Cinderella Rockafella 2022

Big well done to all of the Year 5 / 6 children who performed amazingly and to the parents and carers who came along – I am sure you’ll all agree it was FANTASTIC! 🙂

Dear Parents/Carers,

 

I would just like to thank you all for your support this last year. I have been again overwhelmed with the number of lovely emails, gifts, letters, cards and phone calls we have received and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I would like to say a huge thank you to each and every member of our staff. Their commitment, dedication and love for our children makes me so proud.

The children have been absolutely amazing. They are an absolute credit to you all and I am truly proud to be their Head Teacher.

 

To Year Six,

You have all worked so hard and should be very proud of your achievements. All of you have shown a great commitment to your learning You are all amazing and we couldn’t be more proud of you all!

You have all grown to wonderful, respecting young people and we are delighted to pass you onto your next chapter knowing that you have the skills and attributes to succeed in everything you put your minds to. Remember to work hard Year 6, embrace the challenge ahead, and above all…smile. We are all super proud of you! Have a lovely summer holidays

 

 

 

Updates

Staffing

We would like to thank Mrs Henderson for her support over the last seven years covering our class teachers and providing tuition. She is going to be a part time class teacher in a school nearer where she lives and wish her all the best in her new role. Mrs Dyer will begin in September at our school providing tuition and covering class teachers.

 

School Dinners

School Dinners will increase from £2.20 per day to £2.25 per day from September 2022. If you have arrears with your school meals, please can you ensure these are paid. Many Thanks

 

Wed 7th Sep– Children return to school

 

Breakfast club -will begin on Wednesday 7th September. Children arrive at school 8am for those who wish to attend and pay via parent pay at the cost of £1 per day.

 

After School Clubs- will begin week commencing 19th September

Information about clubs will be sent out week commencing 12th September

 

We hope you all have a lovely summer holiday and we shall see you back in school on Wednesday 7thSeptember 2022!
