Another wonderful assembly by the Friends of Reverend Caroline today when we had our next Open the Book story; excellent participation from our children clearly demonstrating their rights respecting gold ethos.

Crazy Creatures Visit

Today we have had lots of fun meeting lots of different animals. We were so brave … braver than Mrs Aspinall and Mrs Hindmarch! We all had a go at handling the different animals and talking about how they felt. We also asked John lots of questions about the animals he had brought to school. We have learnt lots of interesting facts about them!

Adam Bushnell Experience

Today Adam Bushnell worked with a group of our children to develop their imagination and creative writing styles. He engaged them in hands on way and the language and vocabulary that was developed throughout the session was incredible! The children received a signed copy of their favourite Adam Bushnell text too – well done everyone 🙂

Good Luck Miss Milburn

On Friday, we said goodbye to our Class 4 teacher, Miss Milburn. We know she is only a phone call away and that she will certainly be back too visit us here at Nettlesworth Primary School. Over her time spent here she has worked with many of our children and staff and she will be missed by all of us.
